• Support the planning and execution of creative marketing campaigns targeting gaming audiences across social media, digital platforms, and community channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track campaign deliverables, timelines, and budgets, flagging issues proactively and keeping projects on schedule.
• Assist in producing and managing creative assets — including promotional graphics, video content, influencer briefs, and in-game event collateral.
• Help develop and adapt campaign concepts based on gaming trends, player behaviour, and platform-specific best practices.
• Monitor gaming industry trends, competitor top-up platforms, and community sentiment to surface relevant insights for campaigns.
• Support the consistency of Richmanshop's brand identity and tone of voice across all creative output and player-facing communications.
