หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist in identifying and researching potential KOLs, streamers, and gaming content creators across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitch.
• Support outreach, coordination, and day-to-day communication with KOL partners and agencies.
• Help prepare KOL briefs, campaign timelines, and deliverable checklists to keep collaborations on track.
• Monitor KOL content performance — track views, engagement, and reach — and compile basic reports for internal review.
• Assist with coordinating gifting, top-up credits, and other incentives for KOL partners.
• Stay up to date with gaming trends, popular streamers, and emerging content creators relevant to Richmanshop's audience.
• Support the team with general administrative tasks related to KOL campaigns and influencer databases.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Good understanding of social media platforms and gaming content ecosystems (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook Gaming, Twitch, Discord).
• A genuine gamer or someone deeply familiar with gaming culture, popular titles, and streaming trends in Thailand.
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Good communication skills — comfortable reaching out to creators, following up professionally, and maintaining positive relationships.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking KOL data and campaign performance.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn new things in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to solve immediate problems and handle unexpected situations effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or currently completing a relevant degree).
• 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or social media coordination is a plus — fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome to apply.
