Working hours : 11:00 - 20:00

Other work : Days: Monday - Saturday Time: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Days Off: Every Sunday, Public Holidays, and the first Saturday of every month.

Responsible

• Oversee the installation of media/products and organize promotional activities at assigned store branches.
• Assist and advise franchisees on organizing activities and promotions to drive sales volume.
• Regularly inspect assigned branch locations. Must be willing to travel to other provinces for work (including overnight stays or long-term assignments).
• Inspect Product quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) of branches to ensure they meet company standards.
• Gather operational data, perform initial analysis, and prepare summary reports for each branch.

• 22 - 30 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• 0+ years (New graduates and inexperienced candidates are welcome).
• Able to work 6 days a week (Mon-Sat) during the hours of 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
• Able to travel to work in other provinces (overnight or long-term).
• High energy, expressive, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with business owners and frontline staff.
• High responsibility and ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese will be given special consideration.
