Implementation - Oversee and validate the setup, installation, and initial configuration of cybersecurity solutions.
Ensure all implementations are completed within the stipulated time frame and meet customer specifications.
Post-sale Support - Ensure effective and timely technical support for customers post-implementation.
Monitor and manage customer feedback to improve solutions and services.
Establish and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and resolutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
A minimum of 5 years experience in cybersecurity, network or system engineer.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Relevant certifications in cybersecurity are a plus (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH).
