Recruitment Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Recruit and select people to meet the needs of the company.
• Check the supporting documents for the job application to be complete. Prepare an employment authorization form and submit for approval from supervisors and those with approval authority
• Prepare an employment contract Prepare supporting documents for employment contracts Check the completion of the contract signing. Ready to offer to sign with the next supervisor.
• Deliver employee history files to the welfare and salary department to enter employee information into the system.
• Update and summarize reports on job recruitment in responsible fields
• Other tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management. or related fields
• Experience in personnel management for at least 1 year or more
• Able to use computer programs: Word, Excel, Power Point and the Internet well
• Love learning and can adapt to the organizational context.
• Able to communicate in English
• Experience in recruiting in the IT field will be given special consideration
