UX UI Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• What you will do: Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of UX/UI designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Conduct regular team meetings, set clear objectives, and monitor progress towards project goals. Strategic Planning: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into effective UX/UI strategies. Develop and implement a long-term vision for the user experience, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions. Analyze user behavior data and stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Design Process Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from wireframes and prototypes to final visual design and implementation. Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital platforms, maintaining brand identity and usability standards. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to align design efforts with business objectives. Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular design reviews and quality assurance to ensure the final product meets high standards of usability, accessibility, and visual appeal. Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including budgets, tools, and technologies necessary for the UX/UI team's success. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency. Training and Development: Stay informed about industry best practices, tools, and trends, and encourage continuous learning within the team. Provide training opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Arts and Design, Architecture or related fields. Experience in UX/UI Research and UX/UI Design at least 4+ years. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience in UX/UI lean process and Design sprint. Experience with UI/UX and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator and photoshop and UX/UI or interactive design of digital products. Experience with software development tools such as Git, JIRA Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong communication and leadership skills.
