Service Network Management Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Define strategies and plans to manage service network operation, policy and evaluation.
• Create and maintain database of service network e.g., partner master, engineer master, service area coverage master, working capacity master, KPI master, etc.
• Implement systematic contract management and manage contract of brand authorization, partner and engineer e.g., creating New, Modification/Termination and History Management.
• Conduct service area coverage optimization and control operation healthy monitoring e.g., A/R and A/P comparison, P&L simulation, repair volume, abnormal sensing and prevention.
• Perform evaluation of service network in level of partner and engineer and set up improvement plan of operation diagnosis and regular visit & audit.
• Acquire information of competitor benchmarking, perform the survey through competitor web page, random call, research company, etc. and upload the updated information in database.
• Support management report as requested e.g., service area coverage analysis, KPI analysis by partner/engineer, Care Item Sales analysis, P&L analysis, abnormal trend analysis.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี สาขา วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีบุคลิกภาพและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี รักงานบริการ มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
• แก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานเก่ง มีความคล่องตัวสูง ปรับตัวได้ดี คิดบวก
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี
• มีประสบการณ์ในด้านวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้ามาอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
