Purchasing Officer (เจ้าหน้าที่จัดซื้อ) / English Speaking / บางเขน

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Research potential vendors - Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers - Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing - Track orders and ensure timely delivery - Review quality of purchased products - Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases - Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices - Follow up document and approval issue PO - Follow up delivery / receiving / shipping

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. 1-3 year experiences in Purchasing/ Procurement or related function 2. Thai Nationality 3. Age between 22 - 26 years old 4. Bachelor Degree or in field of Purchasing or related field 5. Proficient in Microsoft office especially in Excel, PowerPoint, Word 6. Good interpersonal and communication skill 7. Well time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work 8. Good command of spoken and written in English (TOEIC 450 up)
