Process the document concerning the BOI process such as Sending raw material to abord, asking for approval production formula, cutting stock of raw material, payment for tax scrap, order the release of raw materials submit database work with IC or other work related to BOI as assigned.
Import raw materials, Chemicals, Machine, Spare part under BOI and Non-BOI both sea and air.
Overseeing the end-to-end import and export processes, including documentation, customs clearance, shipping and delivery.
Coordinate with customs broker, shipping line, freight forwarders and transportation company.
Coordinate with warehouse and related dept.
Maintaining accurate records of import-export activities, shipment details, costs, and compliance documentation.
Cost saving and improvement.

Working experience in BOI and Import-Export.
Computer literacy.
English communication both writing and speaking.
ISO knowledge and FTA Form.
Abbility to multitask, prioritize and work sufficiently in a fast-paced environment and problem solving.
Ability to work with a team and good attitude.
