หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Design and iterate 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or AutoCAD
• Collaborate with suppliers on frame geometry, bicycle/cargo systems, and electrical component integration (motors, batteries, controllers, displays)
• Select, test, and validate e-bike drive systems and components — ensuring quality, safety, and market fit
• Assemble and troubleshoot prototypes; propose mechanical and electrical improvements
• Create and maintain service manuals, parts catalogs, and technical documentation
• Oversee day-to-day e-bike assembly operations: manage workflow, ensure team accountability, and maintain production schedules
• Lead and coordinate the assembly technician team — assign tasks, monitor quality of work, and ensure consistent build standards
• Develop and improve assembly processes, SOPs, and checklists to increase efficiency and reduce errors Quality Control:
• Conduct QC inspections at the factory and in-house: incoming parts, in-process assembly, and final product before delivery
• Define and enforce quality standards for each product model; track defect rates and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with suppliers on quality issues, returns, and part replacements
• Coordinate with the after-sales service team to resolve post-purchase product issues from customers; contact customers directly when needed to diagnose and follow up on technical problems
• Engage with walk-in customers at the showroom/store to gather direct product feedback, usage pain points, and improvement ideas
• Compile customer feedback into actionable product improvement recommendations for the team

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• 3–5 years of experience in product design, mechanical engineering, or automotive/vehicle engineering
• Proficiency in 3D/CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience in assembly, prototyping, or mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
• Experience managing or coordinating a production/assembly team
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, factory coordination, and QC procedures
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate with vendors
• Good English communication — fluency not required, but confident and clear enough to work with international suppliers and partners
• Structured thinking: able to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple workstreams independently Strong Plus
• Background in automotive engineering, motorcycle/bicycle industry, or EV/e-mobility sector
• Experience with product architecture or industrial design (form + function thinking)
• Familiarity with e-bike/EV components: moto
