Manage and execute overall marketing management with the brand vision and business goals alignment
Digital marketing strategies, including content management, lead generation, social management and monitoring tools
PR, event, partnering programs and marketing communication collateral development i.e. poster, brochure, souvenirs etc.
Plan, create and monitor marketing campaigns across all touchpoints
Implement influencer and KOL marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Plan and effectively control marketing and communication budget.
Optimize owned, paid and earned media channels for maximum impact.
Analyze marketing trends and track competitors to stay ahead and differentiate brand
Oversee and work with third parties – vendors and production teams in order to implement specific activities and creative ideas related to marketing and communication
Ensure all marketing communications are in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
More than 8-10 years of proven experience in both digital and non-digital marketing roles with the supervision roles at least 3 years
Ability to lead and influence team – creative, graphic, VDO man and digital marketers.
Passion for beauty, and enjoy making one-self good looking.
Love and understand business and marketing numbers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Experienced in wellness, beauty clinic or hospital is preferrable.
Background in digital marketing with a focus on both brand and performance.
