Conductor Rail Quality Inspector - Contract Basis

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Define, implement, validate (for sub-contractors) & regularly update Quality Installation Control Plans
• Have ability to accept or reject products as defined in the work instructions with Expert support if needed.
• Perform, participate or delegate Quality inspections of Conductor rail (Alstom or sub-contractors’ scope)
• Participate / perform to customer joint Inspections.
• Prepares inspection reports & records inspection results in the relevant tool as per project rules
• Perform / support PrQSM in follow-up of punch list of sub-system of his/her scope (internal / customer).
• Support to manage NCR’s for non-compliant products / process: verify and validate effectiveness of corrective/preventive action from report.
• Prepare / co-ordinate submission by sub-contractor of Inspection request to the Customer in coordination with Sub-System / System PrQSM & Project Team.
• Ensure customer approval, documents validation & compliance of the Conductor rail quality before final acceptance
• Support 4M preparation
• Support on request project internal audits and process inspection
• Completeness & Timely Documentation release of his/her scope of responsibility
• Zero rectification open items list (OIL) rejected by customer

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Diploma or Bachelor’s with experience degree in engineering or Science or technical(electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical …) or equivalent
• Fluent in English and site local language
• Processes knowledge on Quality Inspection or Quality Control
• Knowledge of railway industry (norms, certifications…) would be an asset
• Experience in Quality / audit or inspection are appreciated
• 1-2 years experiences on Railway installation site or onsite quality control preferred but not limit
• Able to work in shift
• Good reporting skills and clear communication
• Proactive & Persistent
• Capacity to work under pressure
