Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems
Conduct detailed quality inspections of mechanical equipment
Verify compliance with engineering specifications
Perform technical quality audits
Ensure adherence to international quality standards
Inspect mechanical structures and equipment
Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT)
Verify material quality and specifications
Assess welding and fabrication processes
Validate equipment performance and integrity
Prepare detailed quality inspection reports
Maintain comprehensive quality documentation
Support certification and compliance processes
Develop quality control procedures
Manage quality-related technical documentation

Bachelor's degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Advanced quality management certifications preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of: Mechanical engineering principles, Quality control methodologies, Inspection techniques and Material science
Proficiency in: Quality management software Inspection and testing equipment Technical documentation tools Statistical process control
Minimum 5 years in mechanical quality engineering
Experience in chemical plant or industrial construction
Proven track record in quality management
Understanding of complex mechanical systems
Technical Certifications: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Certification, Welding Inspection Certification, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification
Fluent technical English
