Project Manager - Construction Chemical Factory at Rayong (Contract Basis)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Project Oversight: Oversee all phases of the construction project from initial planning through completion.
• Coordination: Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project components are aligned.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets, approve expenditures, and ensure the project remains within financial constraints.
• Timeline Management: Develop project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Daily Updates: Provide daily project status updates using Microsoft Project or Primavera for the Power BI dashboard.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Professional certifications (PMP, Prince2) preferred
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in construction project management
• Proven track record of successful project delivery
• Experience in residential and infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Advanced proficiency in: Project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Primavera, AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of construction technologies
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
