Technical Engineer – IT

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure systems for business continuity and efficiency.
• Monitor and ensure network and system availability, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for users.
• Support and administer SAP B1 and related business systems.
• Collaborate with IT Cybersecurity, vendors, and global teams.
• Participate in defining and implementing IT standards and policies

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server/Desktop, Microsoft 365, VMware, HPE/Aruba network devices, Active Directory, and Cloud environments (Azure or similar).
• Experience with tools like AirWatch/Intune, KACE/Quest, or Cloud Telephony is an advantage.
• Familiar with SAP B1 system administration.
• Good understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Good command of English
