Piping Supervisor (Chemical Plant, Rayong) – Contract Basis

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Daily Monitoring: Monitor daily piping construction activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications and project standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all piping installations meet quality standards, codes, and design specifications.
• Inspection & Testing: Conduct inspections and pressure testing of piping systems to verify integrity and functionality.
• Coordination: Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure proper integration of piping systems with other installations.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve piping-related quality and technical issues promptly.
• Documentation: Maintain piping installation records, test reports, and as-built documentation.
• Daily Updates: Provide daily project status updates using Microsoft Project or Primavera for the Power BI dashboard.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Piping, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in piping construction, preferably in chemical, petrochemical, or industrial plant projects.
• Good command of English.
• Strong knowledge of piping materials, welding techniques, installation methods, and testing procedures.
• Familiarity with project execution in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) environments.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting P&IDs, isometric drawings, and piping specifications.
• Good knowledge of relevant standards (ASME, ANSI, API, OSHA, and local codes).
• Skilled in project documentation, reporting, and use of project management tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD or piping software is an advantage.
