• Pre-Implementation Design Review and Recommendation
• Safety Implementation: EHS Inspection and Site Audit
• Audit, Inspection and Corrective Action Management
• Construction Implementation: Contract and Construction Management
• Project Close-Out

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of construction project management experience
• Good command of English.
• Strong understanding of industrial construction and fit-out projects
• Familiarity with EHS regulations and best practices
• Knowledge of Thai construction standards and regulations
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team coordination capabilities
