หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for preparation and execute successful new product pre-launch, official launch
• Develop and implement effective brand strategies and marketing campaigns in moderntrade, chain drugstore and OTC drugstore channel
• Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization align with marketing budget
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor brand performance and lead for improvement.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and insights.
• Assist in the development of brand positioning, messaging, and creative assets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth

• 30+ years, male or female
• Good communication and presentation skill in English
• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management in moderntrade, chain drugstore or OTC drugstore channel or involving in new product development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare industry.
• Pharmacist is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
• Team working, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record in managing successful new product launches or brand initiatives
• Proficient in market research methodologies and data analysis tools.
