Marketing Project Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage marketing projects, including digital campaigns, product launches, events, and strategic partnerships, ensuring successful project delivery within the set deadlines and budget.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate internal marketing teams and external stakeholders, fostering collaborative team environments and managing cross-functional team activities to ensure project success.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement detailed project plans to track progress, resources, and milestones. Adjust project scopes, schedules, and costs as needed to meet business objectives.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on project performance against goals, timelines, and budget, providing detailed reports and analysis to senior management.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans. Resolve issues and conflicts within the project team efficiently and effectively.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, including senior management and external partners, to ensure project expectations and requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Tools and Technologies: Utilize project management tools such as Jira to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration. Experience in these tools will be utilized to optimize workflow and track project metrics.
• Marketing Expertise: Apply marketing knowledge to align projects with the company's strategic marketing objectives and enhance brand visibility.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing project management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing marketing teams and projects.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Experience with Jira or similar project management software is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with current marketing trends and best practices.
• Good level of English Communication
