หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Achieve sales targets set by the company
• Find Chinese clients through online channels like WeChat, Facebook
• Manage walk-in clients at company projects
• Present and sell condominium projects to Chinese clients
• Provide consultancy and advice on suitable condos
• Prepare and manage property-related contracts and documents
• Stay updated on real estate market trends
• Work with the team on marketing content and promotions
• Coordinate with agents for rental and sales cases
• Manage company’s online accounts on various platforms
• Negotiate with property owners, buyers, renters, and agents
• Build relationships for efficient operation
• Handle and resolve issues in each deal
• Provide post-sale services to clients
• Coordinate with various departments for information sharing
• Other tasks as assigned by management

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience in marketing or real estate sales in Thailand is a plus
• Skilled in presentation, sales, negotiation, and communication in English and Chinese; Thai language proficiency is an advantage
• Positive attitude, professionalism, discipline, adaptability, honesty
• Proficiency in computer programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Quick thinker, especially in problem-solving
• Driven towards success and able to work well in a team
• Able to learn, grow, and adapt under pressure
• Flexible working hours and knowledge in online marketing (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, WeChat)
