Network Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement IT Network, Infrastructure, and Security standards in compliance with global policies.
• Install, configure, and support network equipment, including Firewall, IPS, WAF, routers, switches, and more.
• Administer network monitoring tools for logs and alerts (troubleshooting and resolve customer ticket + escalation to higher tier when necessary)
• Provide support for user authorization reviews and day-to-day operational IT security and Network support.
• Crisis management (ie service outage) including activating conference bridge and coordinate with cross-functions team
• Participate in IT projects and effectively meet deadlines
• Create and maintain diagrams and technical documents
• Conduct Networks Assessment and handle ad-hoc IT setups.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Computer Science / Computer Eng / Related
• 1 years’ experience on-hands experience in IT / Network Eng roles
• Good communication (B2 Level)
• Understands TCP/IP, LAN, switch, router and network systems
• Has experience setting up Cisco, Unifi, Mikrotik, Grandstream, Cambium is an advantage
• Good problem solving and analytical skill
