หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Review arrival lists to welcome guests of the Forestias
• Attend to special guests (VIP) and answer their inquiries
• Provide information about amenities,area and venues
• Ensure a plesant,memorable visit for all guests of the Forest Pavillion
• Offer assistance with certain tasks
• Address customer complaints and escalate to manage when need

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Good command of English and Thai
• Good command of Mandarin Chinese is an advantage
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
• Plesant personality with a strong service mind & can-do attitude
• Proven ability to facilitate teams,motivate others,communicate complex ideas clearly & work collaboratively
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekend and holidays
