หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Greet guests upon arrival at the Forestias and provide information about the forest's concept,its diverse flora and fauna,as well as related residental projects.
• Lead guided tours though the forest,sharing interesting facts and stories about the environment.
• Collaborate with other department to enchance the overall guest experience.
• Respond the guest requires,concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner,striving to exceed expectations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s in hospitality,Environmental Science,Recreation Management,or related filed preferred.
• • Knowledge of flora,fauna,and ecosystems.
• • Passion of nature,sustainability,and environmental.
• • Pleasant personality with a strong service mind & can-do attitude
