Property Scout/Researcher

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the condition and suitability of properties.
• Collaborate with property owners to gather information on available properties.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on potential properties.
• Assist in negotiating rental agreements and other legal documents related to property transactions.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Able to speak English and Thai.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate, in commercial property is a plus.
• Experience working with brokers, agents, and property owners to gather information about available properties.
• Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills.
