หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Conduct product / process analysis in collaboration with related departments.
Analyze, investigate and solve manufacturing process issues.
Improve manufacturing process and equipment capability to achieve higher production yield and quality.
Lead continuous improvement projects such as cost reduction, quality and productivity improvement.
Establish training documents such as Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Work Instruction (WI), and One Point Lesson (OPL).
Educate and train production operator, foreman and / or technicians on proper manufacturing procedures

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Electronic Engineer.
Outstanding communication skills
5 years’ experience in process or production in manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office – MS-Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to develop and evaluate integrated systems
Interpersonal skills in developing positive working relationships with other employees working with the production process
Good planning and problem solving skills
