Service Consultant

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Identify the potential customers and making sales pitch
• Get customer requirements, and propose the best solution to improve their bathroom (and kitchen) based on Kohler products
• Use design software to display your idea to customer and make necessary drawing for related contractor
• Prepare the schedules for all renovation scope including survey, design, estimate cost, and construction
• Find and qualify the contractor and technician for the job
• Ensure work progress at construction sites are on time with high quality
• Improve the work process and system to increase the service team performance
• Assist the Senior engineer and Technical service manager on assigned tasks to achieve the team goal

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering, or other related fields
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in construction/decoration field
• Design and cost estimating skills
• Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal & organizing skills
• Possess valid driver’s license
