Supplier Quality Engineer (based in Saraburi)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Implement supplier's PPAP phase audit, ensure supplier process and product meet our and customer's requirements.
• Establish in-coming inspection plan and limit samples with suppliers if need.
• Review all in-coming inspection reports, disposition, documented and control.
• Responsible for all supplier quality issues, review supplier 8D and monitor supplier quality improvement action and effectiveness.
• Enforce implementation and maintain of ISO 9001:2015, Product Standard and regulation related
• Coordinate with related parties to manage customer satisfaction, complaints and quality improvement including other related requirements
• Prepares reports by collecting, interpreting, analysis and summarizing data of quality performance, trend. Take appropriate action and make recommendations.
• Response to quality problem, analyze the root cause and creation of corrective action plan and 8D report.
• Develop team member standardized work for Quality Functions
• Perform any assignment related to QA activities assigned by the QA Manager/QA supervisor

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Material Engineering or related filed.
• 3 year experience in Quality assurance.
• Good understanding of quality systems including PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, ISO9001 and 8D report
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work across a number of disciplines and nationalities in a professional and effective manner.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Able to operate computer: SAP, Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Must be able to demonstrate tenacity in pursuing quality goal and the ability to effectively manage during adverse situations.
• Specific training in Quality Control Systems and Quality Assurance preferred.
