Senior Ceramic Engineer 2 positions (based in Saraburi)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Scheduling production and preparing manpower to align with production plans.
• Controlling production and associated processes and solving production problems during the production process.
• Ensuring that the product is matching with production plan targets.
• Provide engineering support for daily production quality control, defect analysis, problem solving and cost reduction.
• Create or implement SOPs for new processes and update the SOPs for existing slip & glaze preparation process.
• Ensure upper-level production tool’s availability and performances.
• Train and coach subordinates to ensure the good understanding in Ceramic Technical

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Ceramic engineering or Material Science.
• 3 year or more experience or advanced technical degree.
• Comprehend a ceramic manufacturing process.
• Good interpersonal skill with motivated, fast learning, proactive Personality.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
