To control working mold quality within quality specification to supply to production.
To manage people and other resources to achieve the daily plan.
To improve safety, yield, quality, productivity in area.
Budget control for materials supply.
To plan working mold supply to production.
Key communication with production team and planning team to meet KOHLER operation target.
Compliance with safety regulations and policies of the company.
Reduce and prevent problems affecting the environment from occurring or are likely to arise from work.
To involve in activities with management team e.g. KAIZEN, 5S, Best Practices and good workplace experience.
