Spagless Casting Manager (based in Saraburi)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible to manage overall performance of spagless casting to achieve yield, volume, quality and cost.
• To ensure maximize spagless casting machine utilization.
• Run 3 shift operation at 6 days a week.
• Control and manage head count.
• Report any irregular finding, which does not coincide with section requirement for correction or prevention.
• Ensures compliance of standards. Responsible for the management and supervision of the assigned production line(s).
• Monitor / analyses production process to improve and reduce manaufacturing loss.
• Monitoring and maintaining proper training to new and current subordinates.
• Controls production activities, material flow, and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets and production schedules of the assigned production line
• Responsible to improve product quality to meet Kohler global quality standard.
• Responsible to ensure that subordinate follow company policy guidelines.
• Compliance with safety regulations and policies of the company.
• Reduce and prevent problems affecting safety occur or are likely to arise from work.
• Perform other activities as assigned by Associate Director - Manufacturing Operations

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree or higher in Ceramist or other related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience of manufacturing management.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Good command of English and can freely communicate with foreign supervisors and employees in English.
