หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead the inspection team to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
• Continuously improve inspection processes to enhance speed, accuracy, and precision.
• Provide coaching and training to inspectors according to applicable standards.
• Develop and control inspection plans and standards to maintain consistent product quality.
• Collect and summarize inspection data, coordinating with Supplier Quality Engineers to drive product improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, WH, Engineering, SC, CS, MKT, and TS teams to optimize quality control processes.
• Analyze quality data and prepare monthly reports for the QA Manager.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by company leadership in a timely manner

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in QA/QC.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to write and converse in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP, etc.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of QC tools, including 5 Whys, 8D analysis, ISO 9001 standards, etc.
