หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Analyze, design, and oversee work on the structure of houses, club houses, entrance facades, project fences, and various infrastructure of village projects. • Control repair work, including raising road surfaces and fences. • Explain structural engineering problems and solutions to residents. • Provide correct construction guidelines to prevent future problems. • Follow up on repair work and report progress until completion.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • 5-10 years of experience in structural design or construction supervision. • Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in report writing and presentation creation. • Ability to design reinforced concrete structures. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software. • Experience in residential repair work. • Availability to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday). • Willingness to travel to work sites as assigned. • Own car and valid driver's license preferred.
