หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Inspect condominium units with customers before delivery to identify and document any defects.
• Contact vendors to address defects and schedule repairs promptly.
• Keep customers informed about the status of repairs and respond to their inquiries.
• Ensure repairs meet company standards and conduct follow-up inspections.
• Maintain records of defects, repairs, and customer communications.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Vocational certificate or Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Proficiency in Chinese (30% of customers are Chinese).
• 1-2 years of experience in After Sales Service for residential projects is preferred.
• Welcomes new graduates or candidates without prior experience.
• Passion for service-oriented roles.
• Ability to handle unexpected issues effectively.
• Capable of working under pressure.
• Able to work 6 days per week.
