Collect and analyze market data Gather data from various sources in area to support business decisions.
Analyze the collected data to identify new investment opportunities or market expansion.
Design marketing plans based on market demand and target audience trends, including branding, target customer segments, and communication channels.
Develop business plans assist in creating comprehensive business plans for new projects.
Project presentation with foreign investors.
Negotiate with financial institution, landlord or project owner.
Risk and opportunity analysis from market dynamics and economic conditions.
Summarize and generate reports data to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Master’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Real estate, Business Administration, Architecture, Finance, Economic, Marketing and related fields.
At least 3 years working experience of business development in real estate developer or other related business.
Good command in English both written and speaking.
Excellent computer skill will be advantage. (Power BI , Excel, etc.)
Experience in Real Estate industry will be advantage.
