Cluster Financial Controller (Hua Hin / Khao Yai)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Maintain effective communication and relations with Owner and department heads.
• Coordinate the hiring process by corresponding with applicants regarding employment opportunities.
• Evaluate effectiveness of Finance Accounting, Procurement and IT and review annual goals.
• Facilitate team training process.
• Prepare budget annually. Track to forecast and keep expenses within budget.
• File maintenance : Maintain and keep all file ensuring compliance with the local and federal laws.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Five or more year of experience in Finance and Accounting and at least two as leadership level
• Knowledge of Accounting Standard
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Multilingual is a plus but not required
• Satisfactorily communicate with guests, employees and management to their understanding.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
• Knowledge of budget preparation and cost controls.
