เจ้าหน้าที่ Call Centre (Chinese Speaking)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide customer service via inbound telephone calls.
• Contact customers to provide information and consultation via outbound calls.
• Provide customer service through all company online channels.
• Contact customers to assess satisfaction with the company’s sales representatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customers receive services as required.
• Follow up with relevant departments to ensure services are delivered in accordance with SLA.
• Receive customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 year of experience in Call Centre position, customers service, real estate sales is preferred.
• Strong in chinese communication skills. (Both of Speaking and Writing)
• Good service mind and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on weekend or public holiday
