Project Marketing Manager - Real Estate

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop, research, and recommend strategies, business solutions, and initiatives for project development.
• Conduct business plans for the potential and acquisition of current and future products, aligning with the company's plan and strategy. This includes considering marketing, product concept, financial, business, and legal aspects.
• Implement the prepared study or research to further develop the projects or products.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and activities, including budget plans that will make an impact, support the brand, and drive sales.
• Monitor the markets for upcoming changes or trends and making recommendations on how marketing activity can be adapted to maximize new opportunities.
• Manage internal and external resources to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to the agreed budget.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree or higher in marketing, business administration, architecture, or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience of product development, marketing, business development in real estate business or other related business.
• Fluent in both written & spoken English
• Good personality with analytical thinking and presentation skill
• Energetic, well-organized, initiative and able to work under pressure
