Coordinating with Residents/Customers for unit maintenance or repair services within guarantee period 2 years.
Offer after sales service to increase customer’s satisfaction such as; Call, e-mail and visit and contact Residents/Customers to explore their needs.
Work with project team or sub-contractor to carry out maintenance to fixing defects.
Plan, review and follow up on home care service as per the company standard.
Initiate, build Residents/Customers engagement, let Residents/Customers use the home care service efficiently and smoothly.
Admin and Home care defect rectification team

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related field.
Proven working experience in Customer Service in real estate industry of at least 1-2 years
Experience in Customer Service or Call Center is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, team player, and can convey messages expressively and clearly.
Fluent in both written & spoken English (Is a must)
Learn fast, act fast with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Energetic, well-organized, initiative and able to work under pressure
Good analytical and problem solving skills
