Create cost estimates for projects and prepare and review detailed construction budgets including Quantity take-off of structural and architectural works for the preparation of the Bill of Quantities
Develop, monitor, and control project budgets to optimize financial performance and identify variances
In-depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods and estimation formulas.
Review interim payment and final progress payment claims.
Conduct negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure favorable terms.
Perform detailed cost analysis to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Effectively manage all aspects of contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts and commercial operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with other parties related to the project, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering, Civil, or related fields.
Have at least 5 years of experience in commercial management/construction management of the retail or construction, commercial building, condominium, and hotel project.
Preferably, experience in pre-contract and tender management.
In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, and financial management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address potential issues.
Basic BIM / Autocad / CostX knowledge is an additional benefit for the position.
Good command of English.
