Pier Attendant/ผู้ดูแลและให้บริการที่ท่าเรือ (At Four Seasons Private Resident)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Greet and welcome guest/resident/visitor upon their arrival and departure at pier and by boat.
• Opens and closes gate, ensures security to guest/resident/visitor upon their arrival and departure at pier.
• Coordinate with related parties for guest/resident/visitor request regarding shuttle boat service.
• Ability to understand guest inquiries and provide efficient and useful response. Give basic knowledge of hotel facilities/outlets to guest/resident/visitor.
• Immediately report any guest/resident/visitor complaint to management.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work area including pier and Estate’s riverbank. Daily cleaning and trash removal on and around the pier.
• Prepare daily requests change as needed.
• Monitor visitors to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Monitor weather reports and provides information to related parties.
• Follow the safety rules provided in the Safety Program

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Knowledge of customer services principles and practices.
• Good command of communication in English / Thai.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and evenings if necessary.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, high heat, and windy conditions.
• Availability to work additional hours during peak operating times including shift work, weekends and nights.
• First Aid & CPR
• Lifeguard Training & Certification is a plus.
• Ability to swim.
• Basic working knowledge of personal computers.
• Thai nationality
