Senior Manager - Treasury Management

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Cash Flow Management: Oversee and manage the company’s cash inflows and outflows. Prepare and analyze cash flow summaries, and provide short- and long-term cash flow projections to ensure the company maintains sufficient liquidity.
• Risk Management: Assess, review, and manage risks related to operating cash flow, including identifying and mitigating risks that could impact liquidity. Develop and recommend funding strategies, including debt financing options.
• Cash Reporting: Prepare and present daily cash movement, cash balance, and liquidity reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data for senior management.
• Transaction Execution: Ensure that all cash, fund, and financial transactions are executed accurately, on-time, and in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Treasury Planning: Summarize the company’s overall cash flow position, borrowing needs, and available funds through comprehensive cash flow planning and forecasting.
• Fundraising and Debt Management: Review and assess the need for fundraising activities, including debt issuance, refinancing, and optimizing the company’s capital structure. Provide monthly reports on all treasury activities to senior management.
• Foreign Exchange & Interest Rate Risk: Manage foreign exchange exposure, hedging strategies, and interest rate risks. Ensure that financial risks are minimized through proper risk management techniques.
• Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve the efficiency of treasury and cash management processes. Implement best practices and identify opportunities for process automation and cost savings.
• Banking Relationships: Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and key external stakeholders. Negotiate favorable terms for banking services, financing, and other treasury-related transactions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all treasury activities comply with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards, including any statutory obligations related to liquidity and debt management.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to treasury team members, fostering a high-performing and efficient team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury management, liquidity management and FX risk management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Debt Financing, Due Diligence and corporate fund raising is preferable
• Detail oriented, decisive planning and problem solving skills
