- Data analyst and Statistics for all HR functions - Design and Implement HR Reports and Dashboards - Interpret HR Statistics and Data Analysis to business report with strategic recommendations - Pro-actively thinking of improvements to systems and processes which will support the HR function and strengthen monitor and HR data quality - Test program and create manual or any document of the system for user - Educate users on training regarding the new development system, daily issues as well as analyze and solve error from program usage
