Ticketing & Reservation Senior

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
• Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
• Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
• Preparation of documents such as group quotation, vouchers, itineraries etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Industry or related fields
• Male/Female, Thai Nationality - Age 22-40 years
• Basic computer proficiency - Fast Learner, Service-Minded, Teamwork
• Be detail-orientated and enjoy assisting others. - Previous customer service experience is a must.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle workload. - Good command of written and spoken English and Thai
• Experience of working with Amadeus or Skyspeed system will be advantaged.
