หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Regulatory Research: Conduct comprehensive research on international regulatory frameworks to facilitate the planning and execution of overseas entity formation.
• End-to-End Project Management: Lead the establishment of overseas legal entities, from preliminary planning and document drafting to monitoring project milestones and final completion.
• Operational Setup: Implement operating systems, organizational structures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new overseas branches.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and multinational teams to ensure seamless project completion.
• Infrastructure Support: Manage office site sourcing and oversee renovation projects (experience in this area is a significant advantage).
• Strategic Communication: Manage internal and external communications professionally with clarity

• Communication: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage for communicating with regional stakeholders.
• Technical Knowledge: A basic knowledge in legal, financial, or accounting principles will be good.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
