หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Strategic Tax Planning Develop and execute tax strategies across local and international markets to optimize operational and shareholder tax positions. Support holding company structuring, investment flows, and tax implications for shareholders and beneficiaries. Advise on business models including franchise, licensing, and IP structures.
• Tax Compliance & Reporting Ensure full compliance with Thai Revenue Department requirements, as well as international tax regulations. Oversee corporate income tax (CIT), VAT, WHT, and support transfer pricing documentation and audits. Coordinate with external consultants and internal teams to manage risk and reporting deadlines.
• Cross-border & Business Advisory Evaluate tax impacts of international expansion, cross-border payments, and permanent establishment risks. Work on M&A, group restructuring, and tax due diligence projects.
• Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure tax considerations are embedded in commercial decision-making. Prepare tax impact analysis and communicate recommendations to executive leadership and board advisors.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field.
• CPA, TA, or other professional qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in tax planning, compliance, or audit with cross-border exposure.
• Background in a structured, professional advisory or audit environment is highly valued.
• Experience in or understanding of the F&B, retail, or consumer sectors is a strong plus.
