Human Resources Development Manager (Emily's)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Design and implement Learning & Development programs including onboarding, OJT, functional, and leadership training
• Conduct training sessions and develop training materials, manuals, and learning roadmaps
• Manage end-to-end training processes: needs analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Implement talent development and succession programs such as HiPo and leadership pipeline
• Support performance management systems, KPIs, competency frameworks, and IDPs
• Drive Organizational Development initiatives including competency models, skill matrix, and capability assessments
• Design onboarding and capability-building programs to improve employee performance and productivity
• Track training effectiveness and ensure practical business impact and ROI
• Collaborate closely with HRBP, Operations, and business leaders to execute development initiatives effectively
• Coordinate with external trainers/vendors and support on-site implementation when required
• Perform other duties assigned by HR Director or management

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HRD / L&D / OD roles, with proven hands-on implementation experience.
• Strong experience in training delivery, facilitation, and on-the-job implementation.
• Experience in fast-growing, operational, or multi-site organizations (F&B, retail, manufacturing preferred).
• Solid understanding of competency frameworks, performance systems, and adult learning principles.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and execute under time constraints.
• Strong communication skills in English and Thai
