Senior Business Analyst (Banking)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements and objectives.
• Liaise with technical teams to ensure that the technical solutions align with business needs.
• Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and suggest technological enhancements.
• Create detailed business and functional requirements, user stories, and technical documentation.
• Develop presentations and reports to communicate findings and proposed solutions to stakeholders.
• Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
• Ensure that all technical solutions meet business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of both business processes and technical systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
