IT Project Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan software development and delivery from the initial phase to completion.
• Clearly define project goals, including timeline, budget, and desired outcomes.
• Create project Roadmaps and Timelines.
• Work with the development team (Developers, QA, UX/UI Designers) to allocate tasks and resources appropriately.
• Ensure work aligns with Agile or Scrum frameworks, such as organizing Sprint Planning and Daily Standups.
• Act as a liaison between the development team and clients to understand requirements.
• Communicate project progress and any issues to management and clients.
• Monitor work progress to ensure it aligns with the set goals.
• Use project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Identify and manage potential risks in the project, such as technical issues or task delays.
• Ensure the software being developed meets project requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure the software's quality before delivery.
• Assess the impact of changes in project requirements or scope.
• Adjust the project plan as needed and notify stakeholders of any changes.
• Monitor and control the budget to keep the project within scope.
• Report resource usage and costs to management.
• Suggest and improve software development processes for better efficiency.
• Promote learning of new technologies within the development team.
• Prepare a Post-Project Review document with results and recommendations.
• Analyze team performance and workflows to improve in the next project.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 5 years of experience in software project management.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), such as Agile or Scrum.
• Skills in managing teams in IT or Software Development fields.
• Knowledge of relevant technologies such as API, Database, Cloud Services, CI/CD, and DevOps tools.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent planning, time management, and resource control skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex issues.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
• Project management certifications, such as PMP, Scrum Master Certification, or Agile Certification, are a plus.
