Senior Underwriter Non-Motor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Manage Pricing both New Clients and Existing one to Distribution.
• • Manage Quotation to Distribution within SLA.
• • Create Non-motor Packages and Underwriting Strategy for achieving Sales Target.
• • Identify Process Improvement Opportunities, Work on Tools Creation, Process Re-design, and Guide Operation Team for Adapting New Processes.
• • Ensure Non-motor Products and Pricing Competitiveness when Benchmarking with Others.
• • Ensure Non-motor Products and Pricing Competitiveness when Benchmarking with Others.
• • Communicate and Coordinate with Working Teams to ensure Quotations, Renewal Notices, and Policy Documents will be provided within SLA.
• • Coordinate with Artwork Team for creating Communication Materials about Product Features and Promotions to be highlighted for increasing in Sales.
• • Arrange Agents Training about Non-motor Products such as Coverages, Exclusions, Sales Technique, Things to be emphasized to Clients, How to use Insurers’ Portal together with encouraging any Promotions.
• • Ad-hoc Tasks and/or Projects as per assignment

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s Degree holder with Education Background in related fields Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related Experience
• • At least 3 Years’ Experience in Non-motor Insurance both Corporate and Individual Customers
• • Underwriting, Product Development, Actuarial or Claims Background
• • Excellent in MS Office , Computer Skills
