French Speaking Sales Representative

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for managing orders done by our customers through our website. Maintain good relationship with customers and delivering a first class customer service. Responsible for answering online inquiries from new customers regarding products and service. Responsible for meeting with visiting customers in our showroom and show them the latest designs. Support online marketing activities to find new customers from the assigned countries. Coordinate between the customer and the Acha production team to process special orders. Ensure that complaints and returns are handled correctly and ensuring customer satisfaction.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• ge between 25 – 35 years Thai Nationality Fluent in French (Must be able to write emails in correct grammar and maintain a face to face conversation in French) High level of spoken and written English is a must. One of the following Languages is a high advantage, Spanish,German, Italian, Japanese Previous experience of 2 years in sales or working in the hotel or travel industry is required Customer service minded Hard working, responsible and able to take care of customers independently meanwhile still being part of the team Computer literate: MS Excel & Outlook, Internet as 90% of the work is with the computer
